An annual registration fee shall be charged for each child at the time of enrollment, renewed each year thereafter, and due and payable by the first Monday in September of each year.

An additional summer camp fee shall be charged each year for each school age child enrolled in the summer camp program.  The summer camp fee shall be due and payable no later than the first Monday in June of each year.
